We are so proud of the work that we do for educators. Teachers trust us to present research based strategies that work. We also provide the personal attention they deserve and expect by providing FREE DINNER and DRINKS! But don’t take our word for it. Please take a moment and listen to what to K-12 and district level educators are saying!
Times have changed * Teachers are doing an incredible job * “Kids don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” * Dr. Madeline Hunter * Good discipline is a matter of good timing * Conflict is an essential part of growing up * Parenting affects behavior * We cannot use poor parenting as an excuse for not teaching * Problem behavior can entrap us * Curriculum comes first, but discipline does, too! * Self-esteem matters * Students do not necessarily know how to behave * Classroom rules and routines need to be systematically taught * Teaching succeeds where punishment fails * We need an effective consequence for low-level misbehavior * An effective discipline program teaches responsible behavior * We can make a difference to every child *

JUST SOME OF THE MOTIVATION STRATEGIES YOU WILL LEARN!
a teacher plants the seed of a tree under which she will never sit
Ours is an evidence based, highly successful set of strategies that tens of thousands of teachers are using and have been using for over four decades. We have a motto here at the Center that we strive diligently to adhere to every day: “In God we trust, all others bring your data.” Our research and data spans back six decades. We present strategies proven to help children and teachers, which are verifiable and replicable and which are supported by all current and eminent researchers like Robert Marzano, and we have jettisoned all those ideas which do not work.
IN GOD WE TRUST, ALL OTHERS BRING YOUR DATA
teaching is not a job, it is a calling
Come as you are, leave transformed. Teachers who attend this seminar tell us that the impact goes much further and deeper than on just classroom behavior and student motivation. In addition to an improvement in student behavior and motivation and engagement following our seminar, teachers also report 1) a rise in teacher job satisfaction, 2) a rise in student scores, 3) a major decrease in referrals, 4) a decrease in dropout rates and suspensions, 5) an improvement in the feeling tone in classrooms and throughout the building, and 6) that our strategies have allowed them to finally achieve the systemic cultural change they had been seeking for so long.
THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING
all good things DON’T have to come to an end
The strategies we teach transform a classroom and even entire schools! This is what happened for the wonderful teachers and students of Kastner Intermediate School following our training: Kastner Intermediate, says Dr. Johnny Alvarado – Principal – was “honored as a 2013 California State Distinguished School, a designated and redesignated National Schools To Watch School, received Educational Delegation visits from Thailand, and most recently a finalist in the California School Boards Association Golden Bell Award! Kastner Intermediate is proud to be a state, nationally, and internationally recognized school!”
